About us BRIEF FACTORY PROFILE -   Year of establishment: 2004.-   Number of worker and staff inside factory: 150 people-   Number of coilers: Almost 5,000 - 7,000 people in Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and Ha Noi. -   Factory area: 10,000 sqm with roofed workshops about 3,500 sqm.-   Machines and equipments: Numerous machines and equipments to support production and      finishing processes like bamboo material processing machines, sanding machines, sawing        machines, air compressors and drying systems...-   Production capacity: 15-20x40’ containers/ month -   Production lead time: 60 days. -   Sample lead time: 10-15 days. -   Shipment terms: FOB Haiphong, Vietnam, CIF etc. -   Payment terms: T/T, L/C -   Designs: New collections every 6 months, customer’s OEM designs are welcome. -   Main materials: Spun Bamboo Product ranges: +  For the kitchen products: Bamboo bowls (salad, serving, fruit, decor etc), serving trays, salad servers, plates, utensil holders, coasters, chargers, placemats etc. Our products are FDA approved and Food safe contact. +  Home décor items: Vases, photo frames, lamp bases, boxes, balls, stools, decorative objects etc. +  Other products: Planters, outdoor torches etc.      We have about 150 skilled & experienced workers at the factory with good facilities and can meet factory audits (both social & technical) both by Euro buyers and US customers.      Vu Viet Anh commits to provide Prompt & Precise communication, Quality products, Punctual delivery and Competitive prices to our buyers.      Additionally, we provide local & world markets eco-friendly products which bring high added value to importers, distributors and retailers.      Our factory is located in Nam Dinh province, 90’ by car from Hanoi downtown, 2 hours from Noi Bai Air port. We create sustainable development for the rural poor by helping village weavers to have consistent income and consider to protect environment (only use renewable & self-disintegratable materials to make products, minimize packaging & use recycled, low-impact materials whenever possible in packing, gather water waste & hard waste for treatment etc) in production at the same time.
