A complete 3D model of a Modular Jet Engine for a Jaguar GR1 which is more commonly referred to as the Rolls-Royce Turbomeca Adour Engine.

The 3D model is split into 13 modules that have been given their own layer within the Layer Manager. The model is fully textured using mental ray shaders as well as some file textures which are supplied.

The cutaway is created using the Cutout attribute within the Arch and Design mental ray material with using a gradient mask to mask out the section. This can be quickly disabled to render a complete model.
