Instructions: 1. Open 4 Artistic Impressionist BACKGROUNDS + PATTERNS.zip and save in your hard disk the 4 JPG files and the .PAT file 2. Open Adope Photoshop CS (and above).
How to use the 4 JPG files as Background: 1. Select File -> Place 2. Locate the JPG files saved in your hard disk and choose one to Open. 3. Adjust the scale of the JPG according to your canvas size.
How to use the 4 Patterns as Background: 1. Define the area that you want to fill with a pattern by using the Marquee Tool or the Lasso Tool. 2. Select the Paint Bucket Tool. 3. Select Pattern from the drop down menu instead of Foreground. 4. Click Replace Patterns and Load the Artistic Impressionist Patterns.PAT file located in your hard disk. 5. Choose a pattern and fill the selected area. 6. Adjust the scale of the pattern in the Pattern Overlay function.
