Frozen Dispersion Effect Action
Make great, advanced, realistic frozen dispersion effect in only few clicks. Just select the area you want to frozen and spread in pieces of ice, choose the direction (right, left, up or down) and click play. All pieces of ice are fully layered, so you can move them, scale them, rotate them, remove them, blur them, or duplicate them and create more ice! You can also add more cold vapor or remove it where you want. The whole effect after playing action is fully layered, so you have a lot options for customizing.
