Please note, that this is NOT a WordPress theme, but HTML template (WordPress version of BeautySpot can be found here). Anyway, even as a template it does offer a great amount of functionality.
You can easily fall in love with all of them, but even if you don’t, making your very own scheme is just a matter of few minutes, just follow the documentation. This template is coded with SASS so you can create a custom color skin for your beauty salon in few minutes!
These are not just some dummy forms, but fully functional elements. Both work on the same principle – sending an email to your address. It’s nice, simple and easy to customize.

Please note that you need to host your site on PHP hosting for contact and reservation forms to work.
BeautySpot also offers fully working subscribe form. Check the documentation on how to connect it to your MailChimp subscribers list.
Even though it supports only the MailChimp by default, it is possible to tweak it for working with your custom solution if needed.
