 Fixed problems with modules in update php including module names conflicting with other Drupal modules

 Drupal core and modules updated

 For those updating from older versions make sure to enable "jota_flexslider","jota_quotes" and "jota_portfolio" and  disable and remove folder "quotes", "portfolio" and "flexslider" (old module names that where conflicting with other drupal modules)
