Aden Services is a multi national company with more than 21000 employees worldwide and 1000 clients with many services such as: Foodservices, Cleaning, Maintainance, Remote site management, etc.
As assistant who manage 10 supervisors with sites at industrial park (one supervisor controls 5-50 staffs at each site). Some of well-known sites which I had associated such as Ajinomoto, Sapporo, Marigot (Swarovski), Lotte Mart, Jabil, Renaissance Hotel, etc
Duties include:
-Carry out customer satisfaction surveys to identify an appreciate service level for each areas included quality, accuracy of service, promptness of response, staff attitude and behavior, etc.
- Manage staffs about the performance, follow up timesheet, roster, etc.
- Assist to manage the operations financial budgets including planning and controlling phases, foodcost and profit.
- Prepares purchase orders or requisitions; monitors the office-supply levels and orders refills or replacements as necessary
-Follow those standards to ensure that services maintained at the necessary level to keep customers satisfaction.
-Ensure all standards link to company goals and handle complaints through scheduled meeting and unforeseen matters.
-Oversee the development and production of Operations Manuals in consultation with responsible line Managers.
- Interact and work closely with other department such as: HR, Purchasing, Business Development, Accountant,etc
-Planing on the events and making schedule, booking room for business traveling or meetings.
-Other general administrative tasks include activities report, answering phones, document management and filing, photocopying, document/contract translation, writing meeting minutes, coordinating conference calls, transcribing notes and typing correspondences .
- Keeping track of Meeting, Reporting, scheduling, and collecting information for requested items
-Support other duties as requested by the Management board
