 Basing on Purchase Request to release Purchase Order to Supplier in SAP.
 Managing Purchase Order to ensure timely delivery.
 Coordinated with Suppliers & Forwarders to catch up suitable routing schedule.
 Manage shipment in transit and prepare/collect all necessary documents for customs declaration.
 Transfer necessary documents to Forwarder for Customs clearance.
 Manage receiving shipment after Customs-cleared.
 Send production plan forecasting of factory to Suppliers weekly.
 Minimize excess and obsolete stock in warehouse.
 Responsible for transfer excess stock to other factories and return defective materials to suppliers via CJ, DHL, KGL, Fedex…
 Develop new suppliers.
 Discuss price, business conditions to create contract with suppliers.
 Find solutions when having problems in creating contract, ordering, delivery or quality issue in production.
 Update inventory daily.
