Experience about beverage technology and assembly electronic for mobile :
Nic group and Nokia-Microsoft company. - 2011 - Present

-From 2011 to 2012 worked Warehouse Hung Yen for Nic Group co,ltd.
(position: maintenance engineer for a beverages factory).
-From 2013 to present : Nokia-Microsoft company.(position: Engineer maintenance).
-I have experienced maintenance and production operators,Checking Quality Product,Supervising past-time workers to work in line,controling machine to repair the damage.
-Repair and maintain the carbornated soft drink production line. Repair and troubleshoot the problems happening in the production process, ensure the production line to be continuous. The machine system which i overhauled is an integrated control system, it includes: PLC, inverter, relay,magnetic starter, inductor, motors, air compressor, MYCOM refregerating machine, mechanic system ,electrical system.

- Perform periodic maintenance on the production line.
-process, recovery and repair the detail system to prepare for the work of maintenance or to be the backup material.

-Apply Good Run Setting in operation and maintenance.
-Understand completely in mechanical power such as (gear – box, cardan shaft, roller, bearing, conveyor equipments, timing belt, plate belt, vacuum belt.), Electro-Pneumatic control and air system, Hot melt system,... ect
-Have good knowledge in mechanical power transmission and conveyor equipment maintenance,programming to control all equipments.
-Have good skills to install all equipments of a new automatic machine line.
-supervise production processes, determine the causes of breakdowns to solve and avoid it happening again.
-Technical knowledge in some high speed automatic production line.
-have ability to train new employees.
-work independently, fit in and work well with people of all levels.
-Have communicating, planning and analyzing skills.
-always patient, especially in difficult situations.
-Able to work under high pressure, I try to prepare for it before it comes.
