1. March 2009 - June 2009:
Practiced in R&P Logistics Co., Ltd.
Worked as a forwarder of this company.
• Prepare necessary documents to apply for import lisence.
• Contact with the Shipping line, received Arrival Notice and took Delivery Order.
• Customs clearance - inwards.
• Take delivery of goods from the port to the customer’s warehouse.

2. August 2009 – November 2009:
Working for Power Logistics Service Co., Ltd. Worked as an export customer service:
• Contact with customers and oversea agent to get information of the shipment preparing to export.
• Contact with shipping lines to book space and release booking confirmation to shipper.
• Receive shipping instruction of shipper to make House Bill of Lading and send draft HBL to shipper for checking before issuing Original HBL.
• Send shipping instruction to shipping line’s documentation department to make Master Bill of Lading and request draft MBL for checking.
• Send pre-alert to oversea agent after MBL and HBL are wholly right.
• Enter whole information of shipment into Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) which refers structured transmission of data between organizations by electronic means.

3. December 2009 to date:
Working for UMS Universal Metal Supply Limited. Worked as an assistant of salesman:
• Manage all shipments of Vietnamese buyers and Indonesia buyers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contract
• Contact with shipping lines to check the arrival of cargo and free days demurrange.
• Contact with the banks to check the LC status, the payment by TTR and DP.
• Work with foreign trader to get information about sales contract, LC, shipments.
• Receive the data regarding quality of cargo discharged in VN to make report and send to foreign trader.
