Position: International Sales
To be worked in international working environment and have chance to gain English skills are my expectation. That is a joyful time for me to promote the customer skills in communication, negotiation and be trained more in export customs documents too. My main tasks are:
• Using trade applications to post new products and find new customers.
• Receive inquiry, response emails anytime promptly to make client’s satisfaction.
• Work with customer by email, phone, chatting software.
• Meeting with clients at office, make discussion and good relationship in business.
• Work as a merchandiser, follow all processes of orders from beginning to delivery.
• Prepare all concerned documents such as: quotation, sale contract, support client in import special documents (free sales, NAFDAC, FDA, Iso, etc).

Position: Customer Contacting and Negotiating

Developing and managing quality of system designed to ensure stable process, propose the method to improve water treatment facility.
Follow operating and maintenance procedures and regulations.
Prepare spare parts before going to the customer’s jobsites.
Feedback any customer’s requirement of equipment maintenance, make quotation for spare parts, compose maintenance contract.
Schedule and Plan setting in periodic maintenance, prepare protective equipment while at work onsite.
Cooperate with other departments in solving troubleshooting promptly.
For new project: Make proposal before installation and handover document after finishing installation. Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high
productivity and high technical integrity. Take part in trial run and adjusting system.

Contact with customer by email and checking onsite for any request concerned to designed system.
