- Conclude business contracts; maintain business growth; handle orders (make sales contracts, check PO, PI, CO from suppliers; follow up with shipment schedule, shipping docs….)

- Receive orders/requirements from customers or the Sales department; receive customer inquiries on other aspects such as: samples for testing, test requested form and other information about the samples.
- Checking the price/ quote on Invoices, Prepare Pro forma Invoice/Invoices on BOSS system (Oracle application). Follow up the payment in local and affiliate as a financial accountant section.
- Complete the test report/certificates when testing finished and send to customers.
- Follow up on the order status of the job, contact/ sending inquiries to Affiliate with Courier express service, contact with Colleague on the Affiliate to check status of testing, resubmit if necessary.
- Checking shipment and follow up status of parcel, solving problem when the package be delay by custom, inform the AWB for consignee to release the shipment.
- Handle some key accounts, follow up and update the information from key accounts manager.
- Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Other jobs as assigned by the Management of the manager.
