1. SAFETY
a) Fire Safety:
• Managing fire figting facilities including fire extinguishers, emergency lights, fire alarm and safety exits: conducting monthly checking and keeping maitenance records.
• Making the plan for annual fire fighting training, fire drill and overseeing this training course.
• Prepare the training material of fire safety
• Drawing evacuation maps
b) Chemical Safety:
• Managing MSDSs of chemicals used in each production line.
• Information of used chemicals: master list of chemicals.
• Setting up regulation using chemicals in the mixing areas.
• Setting up emergency response to chemical problems like chemical spillage, chemical splashing into eyes or body.
c) Machinery Satey:
• Follow and make the plan for boiler and air-compressor (for safety strictly requiring equipment) inspection and maintenance (including the related documents and using licenses).
• Follow and make quarterly report of the company’s waste water.

2. HEALTH
• Implement diagnosing health periodically for all staffs at least once a year.
• Prohibit patients from working
• Measure working environment: When the result of measuring working environment has problem in comparison with allowed standard, immediately provide protective equipment for staffs involved and find original treatment variant such as, improve equipments.
• Conducting accident investigation: investigating the main causes of the accident; bringing out preventive and corrective measures and actions and following it up.
• Making monthly general report of labour accident.
• Updating accident happened in the company to prepare training material to teach workers, even Team Leaders and Supervisors in production lines how to avoid accidents re-occurring.
• Preparing the training material of accident prevention to teach new workers

3. ENVIRONMENT
• Follow and make quarterly report of the company’s waste water.
• Environmental Education: organizes education programs to prevent environmental pollution and periodically educates related to environment. All staffs have to learn according to regulations of environmental education.
• Plan of environmental management: Who is responsible for managing departments established solution on controlling dust arising in workshops according to regulations of managing air environment by method to protect air environment and process appropriately; controlling water pollution causing in the operation of factories and processing suitably; controlling noise, vibration during using equipment according to regulations of managing the noise, the vibration and processed suitably.
• Report environmental accidents: When environmental accidents occur, immediately report to EHS Dept and process necessarily
• Check environment and patrol: Check periodically, Check suddenly; Set up and implement plan of checking monthly, weekly and daily, continuously save inspection report and reference later.
• Environmental Impact Assessment: EHS Dept implements periodical assessment according to standards of Environmental impact assessment stipulated in Law and applied accurately.

- Responsible to enforce and implement overall Health, Safety and Environment policy and guidelines at all times.
- To educate and promote awareness among employees on OHSAS aspects through discussion, education and enforcement of HSE regulations.
- To conduct Industrial Accident Investigation and when necessary with aims to develop corrective action and identify causes.

- Responsible to work closely with OHSAS members in developing educational materials of HSE
programs and ensure successful implementation

- To recommend and organize awareness and competition programs

- Follow up with Global procedure with new Global ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 updated
