* Environment Management:
 Establishing and operate the ENV management system according to ISO14001:2004's requirements & Pepsico standards under the guidance of EHS Manager.
 Ensure environment compliance to ENV protection laws of Vietnam.
 Execute the continuous Improvements to ensure achieve the ENV targets.
 Consolidate and report ENV status/ sustainability KPI’s results of the Site.
 Manage performance of WWT team to ensure treated wastewater always meet applied standards.
 Training and instruct environment aware to all employees and related parties.
 Timely conduct ENV audits for checking legal compliance and assure corrective actions are execute.
 Make reports sent to State agencies (periodically or irregularly).
 Work with Government Inspector at Site.
* Health & Safety Management:
 Establishing and operate the OHS management system according to OHSAS18001:2007's requirements & Pepsico standards under the guidance of EHS Manager.
 Ensure H&S compliance to local laws.
 Assure up-to-date business/ facility risk profile with appropriate risk controls.
 Deliver H&S communications and training for new staffs and contractors in Site.
 Patrol the Site regularly and irregularly.
 Assure effective incident investigation processes.
 Monitor and report program status and common metrics.
 Consolidate and report H&S status/ sustainability KPI’s results of Site.
 Timely conduct H&S audits for checking legal compliance and assure corrective actions are executed
 Make reports sent to State agencies (periodically or irregularly).
 Work with Government Inspector at Site.
* Other tasks:
 As assigned by EHS Manager about 5S, Kaizen.
 Weekly update EHS law to send EHS Manager.
