Operate in field 3 piece cans manufacture and printing metal packing.
From 2010 up to now.
Current position: Electrical Supervisor.
- Maintaining all electrical system in the plant.
- Trouble shooting electrical problems that occur in production.
- Coordinating with mechanic to modify old systems to increase production efficiency and reduce spoilage.
- Installed new machines such as: 3 piece can welding machine, seaming machine, necker machine, sheet feed press machine and supported Malaysia experts in commissioning machines in 2013.
- Assembled Automated Storage And Retrieval System (ASRS) and join in commissioning with Korean Technicians in 2012.
- Join in project moving system printing offset and oven from Vinamilk company to Kian Joo Can company in 2011.
- Maintaining and repairing all supporting equipments such as chillers, air compressor, material elevator.
- Training new electricans to familiarise with machines and electrical system in factory.
- Monitor and organize electrical equipments and spare parts to ensure that production is not interrupted by lack of spare part.
