- Controlling expense as labor cost ( derect, inderect, overtime…), defective…
- Managing, leading, coatching members to understand clearly about the common goal and responsibility of production dept.
- Set up KPI clearly for each section and members, and guide them how to achieve target by themseft
- Enhance productivity, quantity , quality and reduce defective by forcuss on improving working condition each process, line balance by KAIZEN activity, especially the positive mind of each member so after 6 months achieved:
• Quantiy/line up from 5.6 kps to 7.0kps ( up 25%)
• Manpower/line : reduce from 31OP to 26 OP ( down 16%)
• Defective: reduce from 5% to 3%
- Ensure delivery on time in any case.
- Managing, organizing, arranging manpower (3000 workers), task for production material…
- Forcasting and making production plan in short and long term to ensure production target and prevent the risk, control material in warehose, inventory is minimize material and finish good
- Maintain 5S, safety production
- Making and manage chellenge project
- Building and improving management system: ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Strong cooperation with other department to achieve the common company goal.
