For the foreign trade contract between Appliancz Hong Kong and another Vietnamese company.
- Receive the foreign trade contract and internal documents from Sales Department.
- Contact with relevant party to ask for L/C or deposit.
- Check draft L/C and confirm for the buyer before issuing official L/C.
- Prepare Purchase Order for supplier once receiving original L/C.
- Communicate with supplier, forwarder and customers concerning shipments and delivery schedule.
- Complete all documents required by the contract or L/C.
For the local contract between Appliancz Vietnam and Vietnamese company.
- Receive information from Sales Department to prepare sales contract.
- Prepare Purchase Order for supplier once receiving deposit.
- Communicate with supplier and forwarder concerning shipments and delivery schedule.
- Prepare all necessary documents for the customs clearance pass to forwarding company.
- Communicate with forwarders and brokers concerning Import – Export scope such as getting the quotation and rates, confirming type of import/export, monitoring status of shipment.
- Follow up the processing of performing the contract to ensure delivery on time and getting paid.
- Update customer data, filing projects and information linked to customers.
- Organize reasonably documentation of sales quotation, orders, contracts in folder according to ISO.
- Monitor and get the most updated of the Tax/ Duty Tariff and circular/decree regarding customs clearance law/regulation.
- Use proficiently the digitized customs clearance system (ECUS5-VNACCS and ECUSSIGN).
