Develop garment samples for brands: The North Face, Under Armour, Eddie Bauer, Vaude, Lucy, REI
Receive document for new style from merchandiser at mother company in Taiwan.
Track and find materials for the order, confirm delivery date to customers.
Balance of materials to ensure production lines are not broken
Contact with factory to follow up sample process, quality inspections, and order schedules.
Work together with technicians and quality controllers.
Process printing mock up, embroidery mock up or any workmanship mock up for customer approve
Solve problems in production process.
Ensure samples meet customer's requirements, standards, quality and delivery date
Check and fit the samples before sending them to Taiwan Merchandiser and Customers.
