I. From Sep 2007 to April 2009: work for GCM company(Address :Thuận An District- Binh Duong Province )

4. Job description
+ Responsible to resolve the work related to technology .
+ Decisions the works that related to the problem technologies and equipment in the field of mechanical.
+ Supervise the production line and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
+ Implement all work to change the mold in the production line.
+ Combined with maintenance department to make the periodic maintenance for all mold of punching machine.

+ Lead and implement product innovation projects, trials and improvement projects on machines to ensure continual improvement.
+ Implement Grade-change programme to ensure minimum delay time of changeover as well as to minimize post-changeover recovery time.
+ Implement database of RM specifications to ensure good RM quality prior production.

4. Job description:
+ Support production to achieve objectives by maintaining maintenance equipment and machinery in the factory.
+ Respond quickly to fix to correct the problem and needed urgent work safely.
+ Scheduling Preventive Maintenance (PM), predictable (PBM).
+ Combined with the Quality department to improve the safety and quality of products.
+ Set the target to manage maintenance and implementation of good report.
+ Supervising, support and instruction the maintenance, repair by external contractors.
+ Record data exactly and related information in maintenance and improvements follow request of company.
+ Support training of operating personnel according to standard procedures.
+ Ensure all equipment in the factory always works well as requested.
+ Involved in continuous improvement activities to achieve target 3 no: no problem, no quality problems and no accidents.
