3. From July, 2007 to January, 2008: Receptionist at THANH THUY RESTAURANT (Dalat City, Lam Dong Province)
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Giving the warmly greetings to the customers who come to the restaurant
- Taking food and beverage orders from foreigner guests
- Delivering excellent customer service, at all times
- Fulfilling all reasonable requests from guests to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Giving the correct information about the training programs and other activities of the school
- Taking care of students who are learning English at the school
- Receiving phone calls in professional manner
- Dealing with all the issues related to students

- Being in charge of the operation of the consultant team; ensure that the Consultant team work in the most effective way
- Achievement: I was always one of the most effective consultant staffs of school with highest monthly commission. I was promoted to higher position after only 5 months working.

7. From June, 2011 up to Nov, 2014: Personal Assistant to General Manager cum Human Resource officer at ANA MANDARA VILLAS DALAT RESORT AND SPA
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
- Collecting all the reports on behalf of the management board and making general report
