Would like to work in a professional environment as International Trader (related to Import-Export and Logistics, Supply Chain).
In short- term:
- Get a good job in Import-Export & Logistics area, complete all works required.
- Attend some courses related to banking profession, banking finance, international payment, import-export profession, international trade…. To continue all knowlegde studied in University.
In long-term:
- Learn Japanese, French
- Prepare and complete personal profile in order to take the course for Master’s degree.
In 5 years later, I desire to become a manager with deep knowledge of international trade as well as import-export area.
With Major in External Economics, I am confident to undertake duties as follow:
- Search for a new potential customers and business market through B2B websites.
- Support in drafting and negotiating foreign trade contracts.
- Prepare all documents related to export-import cargo.
- Check and deal with transportation documents, customs documents and all operations related to Import-Export goods.
- Translate documents by bilingual languages Vietnamese and English…etc

1. From 11/2011 to 04/2012:
Working as Assistant Chairman cum Import Supervisor (concerning to sales, import-export) at Indochina Petro JSC. A company which has cooperation with Pertamina Group in Indonesia to be the Exclusive Distributor for Lubricant products in Vietnam. Besides, this company do business in others filed such as gas and coal...
- Connect to customers and follow all their requirements about Lubricant products (price, quality…)
- Support manager to follow all activities in office such as: deal with customers as well as partners in Indonesia, check contract, translate and maintain documents….
- Supervise the process of importing Lubricants, check all documents related to operational procedure (if any).
- Combine with other departments to solve any problems araising from works.

2. From 05/2012 to 03/2013:
Working as Sales Export Officer at FMCG VIET Co.,LTD (sales, import-export). One of the leading FMCG companies in Vietnam. Export all products from international brands such as: Coke, Pepsi, Nivea, Perfetti, P&G, Unilever, Kimberly Clark, Kraft….
- Post products & find customers on commercial websites: Alibaba, Tradekey, ec21, global source, exporter.sg…
- Negotiate all terms & conditions for goods: payment, price, delivery time, quantity…
- Do export document, booking and take care cargo through the export process.
- Support customers all matters happened in working process.
- Do other works as required by Director.
