Customs clearance for all import and export shipment
Contact Forwarder ,Shipping Line to book empty containers for import and export shipment , and follow up load and unload goods at ho chi minh port.

Take pictures of loading goods on container and report production delivery to manager and send it to customers by email

Contact suppliers overseas to receive Purchase contracts,invoice,packing for importing materials by email .I register customs by internet, I contact the agent to know when goods arrival ho chi minh port and then receive materials.
Report to director for Export shipment at monthly
Deal with customs for liquidation contract, return import and export tax for the company
