I graduated from Foreign Trade University - Ho Chi Minh City Campus, major in Foreign Economics.

I have worked for DHL Supply Chain Viet Nam since Feb 2013 in Super User position. Therefore, I have a lot of experiences and knowledge in system management & warehouse managent field. Ensure inventory is always exact in each location. Daily checking system to make sure stock did not discrapancy between SAP & Cello system. Managing well inbound & outbound process per FIFO practice. Managing staff to comply with SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Beside, daily cycle count to find out the reason for repairing, improving to reduce risk & mistake.

I am careful, accurate, diligent & responsible for all tasks. Otherwise, I understand clearly Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Warehouse Operations Procedure. In addition, I am willing to learn and do what to get a job well-done under high pressure or on far mission. I would appreciate it if you would grant me an interview. - Supervising goods receipt and goods issue on system, doing exactly, quickly and accurately according to process.

- Guiding staff for improving in picking goods, movement to increasing productivity, minimum risk.

- Managing well inbound & outbound process per FIFO practice.

- Report to customer & related departments immidiately when the imported goods or warehouse transfer have any issue.

- Daily checking system to make sure stock did not discrapancy between SAP & Cello system.

- Arranging area of QA, Return, Sample goods, and setting up locations on system.

- Checking, preventing, processing problems related to system’s error.

- Conduct daily cycle count 3 rack/day.

- Periodical inventory plan on daily, monthly, yearly.

- Coordinating with transportation, operations department to solve problems arising from goods issue.

- Sending inventory report to Line Manager and customer.

- Distributing work and assign reasonably time to time-saving.

- Ensure operations observe process, 5S.
