I am a fresh graduate of Business Administration, majoring in International Business at The International University – Vietnam National University. This is a good place for me to improve my specialist knowledge as well as my English skills because I have a chance to study the whole program in English.

Furthermore, working 9 months in Recess Logistics and Retail Co., Ltd as a Customer Service Representative for Zalora.vn gave me opportunities to interact with customers, gain their satisfaction and do clerical tasks, which helps me improve communication, persuasion, complaint handling and also sales skills. My highest achievement is getting the highest sales of the year 2012 in the CS Department.

Besides, being a Board of Executives of Soft Skill Club – International University in 2 years provided me with meeting, making friend and learning experience from predecessors. It also trained and improved my soft skills like: how to manage time, how to arrange schedules, how to make effective presentations to the crowd, how to build networking etc which I think is really essential for the future job.

In addition, I am a proficient user of Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and have an enthusiasm for the Internet. I have a strong willingness to work hard and learn to achieve the highest standard of performance.
