Assistant General Director

I worked for Dat Hoa Plastic Limited Company as a sale admin of Cambodia market.
Main task for this position:
• Develop general distribution system through finding and contacting with owner of big shop selling plastic pipe in Cambodia to persuade them to be our agent.
• Receive order from Cambodia agent (same specification in Vietnam) then make quotation to send them based on market price, transportation fee, quantity, product specification, delivery time… If they agree, transfer to warehouse to arrange delivery schedule by searching best transportation address to ensure that not happen any damage or delay.
• If product specification does not match, must make sample or purchase outsource by cooperate with production and design team to produce.
• Take care about sales, collection, balance, contract of Cambodia agent.
• Assist BOD in delivery, commission, marketing policy in Cambodia agent.
• Solve all problem about warranty, delivery, promotion, complain…
• Responsible for making signboard for signboard agent.
• Plan and organize business trip to Cambodia to survey market situation to assist BOD about business plan.
• Cooperate with marketing team to organize some exhibition such as Cam Build…
