Since joining in Kinh Do Group, I have been rotated different works:

At the beginning, I worked at distributor in Tan Binh district. I have to learn how to distributor operate, how to salemen work, how to experienced supervisor manage his staffs. Everyday I visited many customers both wholesale and retail, at the end of day I sent my report to my manager. The report had to show market, competitor, cover level of products, feedback of customers....

After that, I surveyed market and find all customers at every streets, lanes who saling our company 's products or our competitor's products to ask for information about contact information, products, demand, comments,... As the result, we have data to create the saling route map for every saleman, and know the void spaces of market to have new plans.

Now, I'm taking care customers at canteens of school and hospital, company. Everyday I visit customers to get the orders, after that I send them to distributor for delivering in day or the day after. Besides, I have to solve many problems from customer such as: company's products, serving attitude of salemen, promotion, sale policy,... and increase the cover level at every canteen. Work require close connection between many parts of the company. At the end of day I send many reports to my manager to update proceeds, market state,...

In september, my customer number has increased up to 180, this month, that number is 106.

During 4 months of probationary period and two-month trial period, I have received good appreciation from managers and on 11/10/2013 I became the market development supervisor. In August my sales result achieved 96% compare to the target, in september, the number was 99% and in october it was 106%.
