WORK EXPERIENCE
From May/ 2014 to May 2015: Perfetti Van Melle Viet Nam Company
• Position: Marketing Assistant of Marketing Department at Perfetti Van Melle Viet Nam Company.
• Duties:
- Promotion execution: Preparing documents and allocating gift promotion to agents. Moreover, supervising all promotion process, updating daily status, collecting feedback from consumer and reporting timely to manager. Then joining to discuss to find the solution.
- Travelling: Conducting a random audit on market to check the effect of promotion and marketing campaigns. Moreover, observing action of competitor and their new product.
- Supporting event holding: supervising and follow up event holding supplier.
- Consumer survey: conducting a survey at big city and other provinces with a large of quantity. Then collecting feeling about texture, tasting, flavor of gum and candy, identification about brand and comments from customer.
- Promotion report: Summarizing winner list and winner evident to report directly to Minister of Trade.
- Experience gained: After working as marketing assitant, I gained a lot of experiences in market reseach and understanding process of conducting promotion. In addtion, I learned how to follow up promotion program to avoid unintended mistakes. Besides, I got more experience in travelling and observing the change of market.

• Duties:
- Jewelry market research: Support the market research by conducting the Jewelry market survey and collecting information of customer. Then evaluate prospects market and to assessing demand, brand positioning and awareness of customer.
- Collecting information of competitors through client such as: price, promotional campaigns…
- Directly introducing specific product of company and consulting the new promotional program for potential clients.
- Analyzing and summarizing the list of potential Jewelry Store.
- Reporting and updating customer databases daily to Senior Managers.
- Providing regular and accurate sales forecast updates to Senior Managers.
• Experience gained: After working as marketing assitant, I gained a lot of experiences in market reseach and understanding the size of HCMC Jewelry market and other provinces. In addtion, I learned how to define potential customers and how to communicate with and make them satisfied as well as keep them in touch.
2010 – 4/2014: HCMC University of Food Industry
• Position: Collaborators of Enrollment Department at University of Food Industry, (part-time).
• Duties:
- Responsible for organizing and initiate to support marketing & advertising strategies of the University.
- Preparing marketing meterial before traveling to high school.
- Directly consulting about Major of University for Student at High School in Ho Chi Minh City or other Provinces.
- Making consulting calls and handling enquiries from student and their parent.
- Processing profile: check, specify and summarize profile; especialy, proof the wrong profile and fix it timely.
• Experience gained: After working as collaborator, I gained a lot of experiences in advertising, especially an educational service. And I can considerably improve communication skill such as: learn how to persuade customer and make them calm down when they complain about service. Moreover, I had confident telephone manner and face to face skills when meeting customer.
