- Tranlate all files and comments then issue to technical team, go through file and make sure it clear all.
- Follow samples from beginning to shipping section ( such as: Fit, PP, maketing, photo, FPP, Ecom, TOP...)
- Work with factory and coordinate with relate deparment for making sample and send to buyer.
- Follow up materials, fabric, cheking fabric inspection report to find out and solve the problems.
- Order polybag and carton .
- Making packing instruction file.
- Making cutting tickets.
- Arrange document and follow final inspection.
- Follow up production plan to make sure shipping plan

- Receiving request from buyer and follow sample from beginning to production section ( such as: develope, proto, SMS, fit, pilot).
- Prepare and issue files to pattern team, go through the file and make sure it is clear all ( for technical issue and required materials), if any concerns i contact with H.O/ buyer to get it claer.
- Follow with purchase and WH to get the materials on time to catch the input time.
- Follow plan to repare needful file/ sample for sampling and production.
- Arrange courier/ needful document to dispatch samples.
- Arrange measurment checking report if any comment to Buyer.
- Keeping Buyer update sample sending and follow to get the final comments.
- Approval printing/ embroidery AW to factory
