Being in charge of brand Timberland (VF Group), detail:
• Orders management:
+ Taking orders from brand, checking and ensuring orders meet all requirement about MOQ, production leadtime or P&H, package… before releasing officially to factory, return to brand if any issue.
+ Base on material schedule and capacity of factory, check and confirm shipdate to brand.

• Playing a role as a bridge information between factory and brand:
+ Getting information/request from brand, check and transfer to relevant departments to ensure factory follow up strictly brand’s request to avoid issue which can impact to quality of product/shipment schedule.
+ Receiving trouble/ information from factory, finding solutions to solve issue/informing brand to maximize benefit for factory and minimize damage/cost.
+ Handle trouble raising to ensure cargoes shipped on time with the best quality.
• Assisting other teams on case accordingly:
+ costing team: check and advise information relevant to FOB, cost of materials.
+ purchasing team: help to push/negotiate with supplier for the best schedule/ improvement on schedule/quality/price…
+ tech.team/development team: work on package/sample/leather standard

• Making report/providing information for brand/company and document related to shipment: PI/COC/LG as well.
• Checking/solving trouble raising with FF.
• Issuing debit note to brand if any
• Following up/pushing brand to arrange payment for goods shipped out.
• Control price before ship out factory.
• Be in charge of taking sample orders, follow up the status and process shipment.
• Check and translate labeling/packing instruction for factory.

Position: Assistant Merchandiser Manager, take care of brands: PVH, DXL Group and Concorde with key responsibilities:
Order management
+ Support Manager on taking orders from buyer.
+ Based on the material schedule and capacity, demand of brand to confirm the delivery date to customers.
+ Prevent and handle issue from factory which can impact to production schedule and the quality of garment.
+ Receiving change request, complain from brand… take the initiative to negotiate with customer if need.
+ Communicates order details and requirements to factories and parties concerned, and manages production process properly to meet quantity, quality, order specification and delivery dates requirement.
+ Track orders and forecast delays and prevent it or minimize its problem

Sourcing mill/supplier and purchasing materials/ fabric
+ Base on original sample and request from customer, proceed sourcing mill/supplier (ask them for submit sample/ quotation, lead time, payment term), then consider to find out a best quality with the best reasonable cost.
+ Assist customers in price negotiation with suppliers.
+ According to matching list/tech pack of customer, check and process ordering materials and get back ready date which follow production schedule
+ Work with supplier for the best ETD
+ Solve issue from supplier about the quality, ship date, the price, shipping docs…
+ Support Ex-Import for shipping document with customs for these materials.

Follow sample
+ Take sample order from customer and transfer to the sample department for making
+ Base on customer’s requirement, control the sending date and quality
+ Receiving comment from customer, consider and translate and pass to customer for correct, improvement.
+ Follow sample until customer give approval to process bulk production

Payment/Costing work
+ Collect the quotation, PI of mill/supplier.
+ Making cost material summary report and submit to manager,
+ Submit payment sheet to manager on time.

Other works
+ Follow request testing from customer and submit on time, control test report/ garment.
+ Work with TLO/ NGC for making packing list, ASN…
