Retail Chain Supply
Get ration information of sample product from Technical Dept to convert number production.
Update prime cost and sell cost information.
Set up and organize distribution plan. Work directly with each retail leader and keep stock control for all. Ensure the products in shop in just the right model, right quantity. Reorder stock at the appropriate time from the main warehouse.
Monitor Marketing plan from prepare promotion licence, advertising tool,.. follow them to meet point of sale.
 Control all feedback about quality of products.
Manage warehouse
 Manage inventory operation & material facilities place under the command of Dept. Training human resource to serve for inventory activities.
Associate with Production Dept to planning import/export on time.
Do the stocktaking. Monthly/annual report.
Organize domestic consignment activities.
Achievement: Well supply organization for 23 retail shops in over Vietnam. Proactive manage and maintain source of new products as well as handle old/false products. Together with teams increase point of turnover monthly/annually.
