Key responsibilities:
• Take responsibility for answer the phone call, take the messages for General Director.
• Booking hotel, flight ticket, car, make visa…and follow up and manage stationary, office equipment in the Ho Chi Minh office.
• Receive purchasing request from all other department and contact directly with suppliers for dealing quotation and negotiation. Check and submit the quotation to Director.
• Handle some problems related to paperworks, documents.
Achievements:
• Receiving good feedback from the Supervisor and Director..
Main reason for quit this job:
• Because of a new company, I don’t have opportunities for learning more, do more, and get more experiences.

Position: Tour guide – Part time job
Key responsibilities:
• Lead the night tour round Ho Chi Minh city on the motorbike.
• Manage fund-raising activities on the tour, in charge of introducing about the Vietnamese customs, traditional foods, something different with tourist’s countries, answering the questions from guest and also recommending some special places for them.
• Take care the tourists in everystop on the tour, showing local places, foods and helping them try and enjoy the food.
Achievements:
• Communicate fluently with many tourists in the world, so listening and speaking confidently.
• Have knowledge about Vietnamese Foods, customs and traditions.
• Willingness to solve problem and receive good feedback from customers.

• Preparing documents for exporting activities includes invoice, packing list, C/O, contract, certificate of health… and be in charge of making customs formalities.
• Keep in touch with liner to do Bill of Lading, and contact with customers via email to confirm good processing.
• Find potential customers in thenew markets and report for the Senior Manager.
Achievements:
• Get offering to promote from Internship to Export Staff (after internship).
