Responsible for managing orders from buyer
- Communicate with buyer to get orders: teck-pack and size breakdown then translate into Vietnamese

After receiving orders, processing orders:
Booking materials for the orders
+ studying carefully and making list each kind of trims that garment need then give actual consumption for booking.
+ Working closely with purchasing team to order these accessories then keep tracking on delivery date of trims to ensure that required accessories arrive on time
+ Working closely with accessory warehouse when trims arrive to ensure quantity and quality of accessories are correct. If have problem with trims, working back to supplier to replace at once but replacement trims must still meet deadline.
+ Following the fabric inspection. If there are any defects, informing the supplier and get approval for production without delay.
+ Balancing the quantities of each items to ensure the needed q.ty are enough
Making production schedule
+ informing the status of all accessories and fabrics of orders to the related department to give production schedule
+ Following closely with production line and QC about the input and output and the quality of the garment.
+ Handling buyer’ claim or claim on factỏy
+ working closely with Packing department to meet shipment schedule
+ following with the shipping to know the shipping schedule
Following outwork orders
+ Handling potential problem relating to orders such as: fabric or accessories shortage
+ Approving the production sample and inspect production garments
+ Following the input and output to catch up with production schedule
