+ Contact technical team to check process of order, standard material, standard hour
+ Update and balance material ( quality, scrap, unit cost….. ) on BOM to help manager make estimate costing sheet
+ Manage and follow up material status to make sure inventory is enough for production
+ Provide accurate information and details to the relevant departments
+ Photo, fax, scan, other tasks as assigned…
