Main duties: In charge of developing samples (bags) from raw material to finished sample. Following is details:
 Work directly to buyers to solve all issues during sample production.
 Translate Spec File from English to Vietnamese (Then transfer to people who make pattern and make pattern for sample).
 Sourcing material such as fabric, leather, zippers, sliders, webbing, filler, zipper puller …
 Make Lapdip which sourced material to get approval from the buyer.
 Arrange material on the line when make sample.
 After sample did finish, I would check and compare finished product with spec file to meet the buyer’s need. We must make the sample again if there is any wrong and any changing from buyer.
 Make trim card for production (mean I stick components of bags which were approved from buyer on one form and transfer to the production department).
 Add consumption on ERP system.
 Sometime, I also do consumption and cost break down.
And all things that I did make must ensure decline.
