JOB DESCRIPTION

•Young one Company in Nam Dinh city

Handle buyer (Merchandiser for Patagonia and TNF , Tea leader of Adidas in short and 3 layers jacket,)
1.Developing samples and involve in costing: providing SMV, CM, fabric/trims consumption..etc… to Head office; negotiating with Head office to get the best DP price for factory;
2.Receiving purchase order from Head office (Salesman sample and bulk production order);
3.Ordering all material under Head office’s monitor, following up material delivery date to make sure material ETA catch season schedule;
4.Working with plan section to get production plan base on material ETA and Buyer’s delivery date;
5.Controlling materials , accessory and fabric, working with concerned sections to solve all unforeseen situation for keeping smooth production;
6.Follow production and checking the garment quality to avoid mistake from sewing with Buyer standard.
7.Making shipment plan and handling shipment on time;
8.Deal with SAP system;
9.Managing all team members.

•Alpine Creation LTD in Ha Noi, Viet Nam,
•Work as Chief Representative Merchandiser in Viet Nam,

Handle Buyer (Carter, Kmart, Sear in knit and woven)
1.Receiving the PDM and worksheet and PDM, finding factory and make quotation and negotiating CMPT with factory, and booking production plan in factory.
2.Making contract and production plan with factory.
3.Receiving import document to work with factory to receive fabric and material for producing.
4.Follow up and checking all material and accessory, fabric to meet production plan
5.Working with factory and partner in head office about pattern and construction for making pp sample before production.
6.Have PP meeting with factory and Buyer QA before production, and control product quality,
7.Take care production and solve unforeseen situation to keep shipment in time
8.Control inspection conducting with QA
9.Making shipment plan and make all shipping instruction doc to factory for shipment and booking shipment place in GT Nexus system, making SI for UPS forwarder and confirm bill, shipping doc.
10.Making payment for factory
