Position: Merchandiser
Key responsibilities:
 Receive SO (Sample Order), Spec, Comment for new samples. Sort styles group by collections, seasons and buyers.
 Contact with R&D department to make the pattern, the sample, the consumption, the layout. Find suitable materials for samples.
 Make the BOM to inform the price for buyer and send the samples to buyer
 Receive comment from buyer contact with R&D department to edit the samples and then repair the above steps until buyer agree with final samples and issue AO (Accepted Order).
 When receive AO carry out as follow:
 Checking with buyer about export day, shipping way
 Contacting with factory and warehouse to arrange production schedule
 Registering AO on ERP system to ERP team input consumption and layout
 Informing DOC team to place order & issue PO ( Purchase Order).
 Contacting with supplier to make sure materials in hand correct schedule.
 Contacting with QA team to carry out check quality of products before export to buyer.
 Resolving problems arising in productive processing to make sure that the goods complete correct schedule and quality.
 Following up comments or new informations of buyers from this AO to amend for next AO.
