2012 to Present: Merchandiser team leader TAV LTD – TAL Group ,Thai Binh – Vietnam (http://www.talgroup.com)
• Work as a Mechandiser team leader for Woven and Knit garments (Customer: Net , Toray, Linksoul, Full Turn) exporting to such major markets as USA, EUROPE, CHINA, TAIWAN and JAPAN . The
total output for those Customers is up to 200,000 pcs per month
• Establish the cross-functional work process flows between Merchandiser and other departments to support garments production, and ensure on time delivery within customers’ quality and quantity standards and within the budgeted cost
• Monitor effectiveness of cross-functional work and interactions between Merchandiser and other departments. Be personally involved to resolve problems and make improvements as needed
• Be responsible for leading a customer service team of five members and arranged job to each member
• Manage daily operation of Merchandiser team to maximize work efficiency and effectiveness
• Within the Merchandiser team, create a “total service” mindset, develop a deep knowledge of
• customers’ requirements in order to make proactive product and services recommendations to customers
• Directly reported to customer service manager to monitor customer satisfaction and engagement, and review with CS staff and implement continuous improvement programs

• Acted as a bridge among customers, the Factory (Sample Room, Production, Logistics) and Hong Kong sales to ensure that customer orders are serviced to meet customer expectations in the areas of fabric development, sample development, and bulk production
• Handled Express order which was exported to USA with total volume up to 150,000 pcs per month.
• Worked with customer/ head office in Hong Kong to adjust production plan, technical detail for each order. Timely informed customers of updated status, and any arising problems during the production process, and provided solutions
• Analyzed customer’s information, and checked with Sample Room Garment Technologist (GT) on construction feasibility if necessary. Translated customer’s requirements on sample order and issued requests to Sample Room. Worked with Sample Room GT and made sure customer requirements were clearly understood by the Sample Room.
• Provided the support required for effective pre-production preparation, fabric control, and reinforced a customer-driven mindset throughout the Factory in support of the Factory’s overall performance and financial targets.
• Developed data storage method for easy tracking of garment flows
• Built effective working relationships with internal departments and collaborated with them to solve problems and make improvements.

Thành tích đạt được:Successfully handle and expand sales volume of customer Toray from 40,000 pieces/month in 2012 to current 80.000 pieces/month and customer Net from 100,000 pieces/ season in 2012 to 200,000 pcs/season at present.
