- Check email, deal and confirm sale contract with suplier, oversea customer under the instruction of the director;
- Check and confirm L/C (if the payment basing on L/C); check and confirm the payment in the companys’ account (if the payment basing on T/T at sight);
- Arrange the shipment (working with the supliers; transport company; shipping lines or forwarder: ocean freight checking, get booking confirmation);
- Declare cuctoms data via internal system on time and coordinate with customs staff to ensure the shipment to be done customs declare at port on time, prepare necessary documents for customs staff to submit to get C/O, Phytosanitory, Fumigation, Insurance Policy;…
- Process B/L, C/I, P/L and other required documents of each shipment;
- Deal and submit documents to the bank/customer for payment;
- Follow up payment for shipping lines and others related parties;
- Tracking the schedule of the vessel, the products, the documents and the payment;
- Solve all issues relating to each sale contract;
- Handle and arrange system updates according to company procedure;
- Report to manerger every month.
