Hanoi Moment is just a small Hotel standard 3 Star located in the central of Hanoi Old Quarter but very good decor and customer service. I started as a waitress at the Restaurant of the Hotel, and was then promoted to the Customer Service Executive responsible for only taking care of Breakfast for Customers, solving problems from Customers, and organizing the daily duties for F&B staff…
