Mô tả công việc:
Manage segment domestic logistics operations to ensure efficient and accurate collection, delivery, receiving of shipments.

Responsible for domestic cargo request accuracy: descriptions, serial number, weight and dimension, packing practices, Dangerous Goods notes, Controlled Goods.

Prepare all cargo documentation (authorization, Manifest, DGD, MSDS) for segment/client access.

Define/Selects crane / forklift / transport means / labor / lifting gear for specified shipments considering cost, lead-time, carrier capacity, customer schedules, and port constraints.

Ensures timely transmittal of Delivery Ticket signed by client to segment invoicer

Ensures internal alignment and common goals/objectives to support internal customers.

Keep all regulatory documents in proper filing as per country and Company retention policies.

Support Business Analysis for controlling Reimbursable freights.

Assesses domestic logistic supplier performance with respect to on-time delivery and on-time pickup.

Collect Time-sheet for crane/trailer/labor used for domestic transport, calculate, create WO in system.
