Major duties

Follow the factory in-out of cargo to arrange booking.
Deal with documents for import/ export shipments (Booking note, Bill of lading…)
Generate tariff and transfer to the Billng team to proceed issuing debit/ credit note and invoice to customer or LSP.
Send INOICE, PACKING LIST to Custom clearance service providers to get custom declaration.

Major duties

Handle air and sea booking request from both nominated and free hand customers
Deal with documents for import/ export shipments (Booking note, Bill of lading, Cargo Manifest, Shipping advice, Arrival note, Delivery Order…)
Co-operate with customers, carriers as well as overseas agents to ensure smooth handling of shipments

Translate documents/interpret for Manager in the meetings with Customers
