Job Description
 Support customer to solve all the issues of telecommunication power system, issues of Power Cabinet, Controller Units, Rectifiers, Heat Exchanger, Fan Tray, Battery…with which customer meets in Vietnam and Thailand Market. From symptoms that customer collects on sites from which I would analyze and find out an appropriate solution for the issue and then guide customer to fix faults of equipment by telephone or support on site directly.
 Collect, analyze, and report the spare part / inventory status inside the APAC service team
 Collect, analyze, and present after service operation report status
 Liaise with factory and arrange admin support (such as spare parts delivery, RMA) for after service operation
 Compile the product technical datasheet, leaflet and related document
 Present new maintenance services and technical guideline documents to customer by Power-point
 Coordinate with battery vendor such as Vision, Shoto to solve battery issues of Ericsson and Nokia Siemens Networks as well as cooperate with battery vendor to organize battery replacement.
 Attend the system training in Taiwan for two weeks in Nov 2012. From the training, I was trained deeply in power system, all kinds of controller units of power system. It was the useful course to me, helped me understand more deeply telecommunication power system.

Job Description
 Support production team to work with foriegn specialists in factory
 On behalf of company to solve issues relating to production, after sales issues
 Make PI (Proforma Invoice) for each order
 Make production plan for wood furniture order
 Calculate and prepare materials for production at factories
 Make plans of importing materials to serve production
 Follow up production process at factories to ensure the production plan of each order
 Hold meetings to solve issues regarding furniture products that customer claims about
