Technical chief: Control all factory include hardware and software
- Take care maintenance plan for factory
- Control SPT ( single plug tester ) that use for repair hard disk drives
- Control RTS that use for repair PCBA of hard disk drive
- I always contact with foreign person in Malaysia, Singapore, Morgan, …
- Receive the software from foreigner then update on the system
- Data analysis for all system on GSO Workbench in factory
- Contact direct to foreign person when there is system happen problem
- I am trained by foreigners when there are a new system then retraining to all operations
- Make one’s plan and arrange the work for technical group and worker everyday
- I am trained two weeks in a quarter by foreign persons
- Had training two time in Malaysia
- Report on the state of the system to manager every month.
- To make plan for production by quarter and develop technical group
- Control the process for all the system in factory
Responsibilities:
Engineering/Production manager: Take care all system and engineer team that relate to above jobs
- Take care production Process of factory.
- Control the Xman tester that repair the hard disk drives
- Follow the errors/ issues on the system to controller group (in Malaysia)
- To work out the factory/ production plan
- Write and set up the new process and monitoring all technology in the factory
- Contact customer for new the new project, new technology, new process
- When the factory have a new technology or new process, I write the process, trying and lead the training program for workers; audit and supervise the manufacturing process to ensure that operators follow strictly work instruction, standard manufacturing procedure, quality control procedure
- Find out the method new project, process
- Support manufacturing on continuous improvement activities such as productivity, yield, quality, product
- Responsible and got good KPIs and find out the method for factory (Output, yield, TAT).
- Responsible development and contact with the customer for new process in the factory
- Take care and improve the 5S/6S in the factory
- Understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001, LEAN and KAIZEN
- Take care, manager and contact with other department in the factory for processing that related to product.
- Always study and find out the best process and get the best products in the factory
- Received the information from the customer then deploy and lead to the line leader.
- Quality output hard disk drive for Western Digital.
Check passed history for hard disk drive: check visual of hard disk drive, check passed history testing drives from the GENERAL process system that controlled and saved information testing. Check information inside the drives by SCAN HDD process.
For visual relate with package deparment, for system and inside issue that need to contact controller group from Malaysia for checking the process then rerun with needed model quatity.
