Production Manager
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Management of production operation in smart phone factory with totally headcount over 1500 operators.
Main products: Assembly Smart phone device and Mobile phone.
1. Pre-Production
Pre-Production: monitor pre-production preparation progress. Be personally involved as needed, especially for new products, in coordinating with related functions to ensure the required skilled labor, technical support and machine resources are in place for achieving the production plan.
Setting Production Targets: based on the production plan, annual Operations performance targets, and input from the production Supervisor, set monthly Production performance targets and monitor performance against targets.
Production Inputs: establish processes with upstream departments for ensuring required quality materials and information is available to start production as planned.
2. Production monitoring
Production Monitoring: review daily reports of production and establish process for regularly communicating progress to related departments as needed. Identify potential problems, lead the Production team to take preventative action, and seek assistance from other functions as needed.
Production Efficiency: provide adequate resources to the production lines to maintain and improve on production efficiency targets.
Resource Balancing: re-allocate workers across the Production team and request extra support from the support team as needed to ensure production plan targets can be achieved.
Continuous Improvement: lead Production team and seek support from other team to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
3. Production Quality
Quality Mindset: plan programs to heighten Production member’s quality mindset with support from the Quality Department.
Quality Monitoring: review regular analysis reports from QC and Materials Management to identify trends and major quality issues and lead Production team to identify root causes of quality issues and put together a corrective action plan.
Quality Inspection: conduct spot checks on quality and organize direct reports to implement corrective measures.
4. Cost Savings
Raw Materials:
- Establish processes for measuring sub-materials wastage and lead Production team to implement actions for reducing wastage.
- Identify key opportunities to reduce the material consumption and implement improvements in the Production team.
Energy: identify and implement actions for reducing energy consumption, with support from Facilities team.
Excess Cost: identify opportunities to minimize excess cost by production process improvement.
5. Conducive Work Environment
Production Safety: monitor and ensure the production environment, processes and tools are maintained at an optimum condition and abide by the Group’s and national production safety regulations.
Daily Kaizen: incorporate daily kaizen into daily operation routines to drive continuous improvement in production performance

Senior Supervisor of Production Department
Main duties & Responsibilities:

1. For Production
Overseeing all periods of the manufacturing process and make sure that the process runs smoothly. Drawing up production schedule and controlling cost-effective and delivers products to the right standard and on time.

Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are aimed to or exceeded.

Interact with customers to ensure quality of product and reply countermeasure for customer claim.
Supervise quality systems effectiveness by regular report.
Recommend revisions to improve overall quality of systems and processes.
Prepare and maintain training modules for quality systems and conduct training as needed.
4. For HSE
Set up and implement related EH&S standards, regulations and policies to create safe, injury free working environment.
Organize ES&H inspection regularly, take prevent action plan to eliminate potential and exist hazard and risk.
Provide safety training to all employees and outside contractors. Enhance their EH&S sense and capability, especially for the capability of emergency handling.
Ensure EH&S program is compliance with internal requirements.
Develop a good emergency response plan to minimize the loss when emergency occurred.
Conduct EH&S audit annually.
Ensure all incidents are reported and properly investigated. Analyze for root cause and make action plan to solve potential hazards. Share the results with other employees.
Develop safety work plan and implement.
Track and routinely report HSE performance
