Position: Purchasing Supervisor
Responsibilities:
Control customer PO.
Control purchasing team.
Control purchased request and purchased order.
Base on customer PO, calculate packing material and place order.
Follow the storage, production schedule and shipping plan to control goods of delivery on time.
Look for the new supplier, get the best quotation.
Negotiate the best terms in the contract for company.
Negotiate, compare and evaluate the suppliers to get the best price and best service.
Handle of orders received from customers in regard to:
- Order confirmation from supplier.
- Receipt of artwork instruction from customer.
- Handle of artwork and sample request from customer.
- Receipt of artwork from supplier and checking for correctness.
- Delivery control to ensure punctual shipment.
- Handle and timely settlement of claim received from customer.
Follow with the suppliers to ensure the delivery time and check for the quality, quantity of products.
Handle payment request and follow the payment time for suppliers.
2/ From August 2009 – March 2012: American Lumber Company.
Position: Assistant for Sale Director
Responsibilities:
Make full set of document for export (Invoice + packing list + sales contract…).
Keep and arrange signed sale contract.
Follow and update out-bound report.
Book Express service to release original documents to customers.
Follow shipment and update vessel schedule to customers until they pick up cargoes.
Follow and remind payment from customers.
Handle and process correspondences from customers and Head Office.
Organize meeting for Director and customers.
Book flight schedule and ticket, do visa and passport.
Arrange transportations, accommodations in the business trip.
Do monthly expenses report and send to Head Office.
Manage and book office equipment and stationery for office.
Manage and remind day to day activities of Director including correspondences, schedule meetings and other events.
Be on half of Director to handle some works in his absence such as receiving and timely solving complaint and other requirements from customers.

Responsibilities:
Control purchase orders.
Purchase materials for production such as carton box, label,...
Receive and deliver cargoes to factory.
Follow up Adidas Manual policy.
Translate packing instruction from English into Vietnamese and instruct to production department.
To be an intermediary for communicating between customers and factory.
Communicate and negotiate with customers and suppliers on materials, production and delivery.
Solve any problem related to purchasing to catch shipping plan.
