Job Description
Be responsibility for food hygiene and safety from input to output and ensure operation of factory comply with requirement of HACCP system.
* Control quality semi-product and finished product at line
- Controlling all process parameter from input to output all line for ensure that it reaches standard equipment
- Checking and controlling operator’s activity at each phase of process to ensure quality
- Inspect the solution of NCR product by the right of “NCR” procedure
- Checking operation of processing equipment base on Routine Online
- Controlling all activity relates to SSOP compliance such as line cleaning, sanitation, food-safety and personal hygiene.
- Update inspection result of semi- products, products on SAP and decision of lot
- Isolate and control lot of product which out of quality on SAP
- Coordinate with R&D and production section to manufacture new product. Prepare media and test microbiology for final product to ensure safety food before release to market.
* Audit ISO, HACCP, SSOP and 5S system
- Planning audit based on the annual plan which approved by CEO .
- Establishing the audit checklists based on the audit topic in order to carry out audit.
- Report audit result, NCs was found as out of audit process (if any) and proposition of improvement/ correct to concern department and supervisor.
- Analyzing, evaluate the audit result and give proposition enhance to compliance level of system.
- Follow up the correction of NCs found in audit process
- Consider the suitability of analyzed CAR
- Monitor evidence of CAR
- Report weekly, monthly (or irregular) result to direct supervisor
• Internal audit specialist integrated quality management systems of ISO – HACCP standard was certified by THP Company.
• Coaching course to develop and apply GMP and HACCP to food manufacturing factory was certified by Ho Chi Minh Open University
