QC Manager
ASHLEY Furniture Industrial, INC.

*I have managed directly to QC department with over 40 members on team in order to handling the quality as customer’s requirement for furniture fields.
* Build up the quality system and procedure to concern the quality of products which we placed at vendors.
* I organized the training time for QC team to help the vendors whose always ensure the best quality our products, improve the quality regularly to meet customer’s requirement.
* Setting up the QC system and arranging QC team’s members to work at vendor efficiently to improve the quality of goods to reduce cost as requirement.
* Implementing and following up the Ashley’s standard to QC applying strictly to prevent issue happen and helping the vendors improve the quality as need.
* Working and coordination with R&D, Engineer department, Samples team, SCP team to create and follow up the new sample development from starting to ending of steps on the mass production.
* I have communicated our requirements and expectations to vendors extensively in the form of comprehensive training across multiple points of required activities to use of Ashley’s exclusive systems to track, report and documents the compliance of products in the systems

* Follow up all Ashley Furniture Industries documents such as labeling, reporting and recordkeeping policies on whitewood, finishing stepping sheets, component, material, carton layout printing, AIS, C.A.D drawing, packaging B.O.M, drop test, chair test, table test, chemical consistent test, replacement parts (RPDF), …to concern that vendors have following correctly the Ashley standards to meet quality of products as customer’s requirement.
* I performed the inspection products in-line on daily regularly with QC team to ensure the quality of goods. The defects that I found out on production line where I have worked and communicated with vendors accordingly to find the root action fixing the issues and finding out the necessary solutions to prevent them not repeatedly on next cutting.
* All of defects after I found out in production line that they have be updated to quality issues entry system within following up and monitoring the solid actions from vendor to solved the defects during mass production and updating to system absolutely as required.
* I kept the communication to vendors in order to get the correct action request (C.A.R) for all of product defects and happened issues on mass production or customer’ complaints.
* Conduct the investigation of happened issues to work with vendors in order find the efficiently actions to adjust the defects goods.
* Organizing the weekly, monthly and annual meeting times about quality assurances with QC team, QA team, vendor’s production management team and member enterprises throughout the compliance with QC report obligation is less than fully satisfactory and the improvement status to outlines ways to improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness for current products and next purchase orders.
* Organizing the short term the training courses QC, QA members monthly and annual years to ensure that all of them have be covered fully quality standards commission.
