Job description :
- Checking raw material before processing.
- Monitoring and following processing of manufecture from raw material, semi-product to finish. Such as O0 lemen tea, Dr Thanh hebar tea, Energy Drink, Soya Soybeans, Pure water.
- Checking detergent concentration and CIP ( clean in place ).
- Monitor, records parameters in the process.
- Monitoring and record manufacture hygiene condition.
- To discovery and record non-confoming product and corrective action.
- To combined whith R &D department in oder to improve process and qualities of products, in addition to developed new products.
- Training for new staffs.
From June, 2013 to date : Quality Contrlol Online Supervisor at THP Group.
- Make plan of weekly and daily manpower, execute HR plan and other job.
- Organize to audit the compliance of staffs at position – Job title.
- Inspect product base on non conforming procedure.
- Base on flexible/ skill gap, production plan and excute training – coaching for staff other skill based on developed orient of organism.
- Establish KPI, put forward to reward, discipline.
- Organize to action base on require of the relationship with director.
- Riview and approved record quality control.
- Report about quality and issue qulity a shift.
- Report staff base on 9 box, KPI.
- Petition, support with direct supervisor, related department to improve the quality of product, process.
- Carry out assigned responsibilities in development projects.
