Duties:
• Lead and train QC team following customer quality standard and requirement
• Assure quality of incoming materials as well as work in process and finished goods through in-line, end line and final inspection processes
• Follow up and support QC team to solve problem related to quality issues
• Coordinate to related divisions: purchasing, development, production in improving production quality and reducing unqualified products
