I) 10/2012 - 4/2014 Brother Industries Vietnam Co., Ltd (BIVN). The company invested 100% in Japan, production printer.
1 Discuss with vender about the problems relate standard, drawing: Dimension, tolerance, material…
2 Follow schedule & method make tooling, plan try, submit sample.
3 Make Quality documenters for new project, limit sample...
4 Judge quality for sample FA and parts. Solve line claim about quality problem.
5 Re-search cause & solution abnormal quality. Discuss with supplier to continuous improve part’s quality.
II) 6/2014 - 5/2015 Foxconn internation holding (FIHVN) . The company invested 100% Taiwan, production cover of mobile phone
II.1) In customer,
1 Follow qualtity status on line daily in MO, inform abnormal to improve quality in factory, Action temporary on line avoid status Line stop.
2 Receive, treat claim from customer and feedback in time.( Lot reject, mass defects)
3 Arrange job for operators
4 Support for Foxconn Beijing, Foxconn Lang Fang, Foxconn India.
5 Co-operate with other Department setup new project( Vela JET)
II.2) In Foxconn
1 Make Quality documenters for new project: IS, PQCP, SOP, FMEA, Lesson quality…
2 Co-operate with other department to assurance quality and quantity of products
3 Manage operators per production shift
4 Co-operate with other Department to analyse cause, find out slove for these issue, make 8D, 5C report.
